The screen capture below is from an interview, yesterday, between CNN’s Christiane Amanpour and former Russian foreign minister (1990-1996) Andrei Kozyrev. The discussion was about the conflict between the Russian military and the Wagner Group which is led by Yevgeny Prigozhin.
I want to draw your attention to Mr. Kozyrev’s location — Miami, Florida (see the blue box near the top of the image). I wonder how many other high-ranking Soviet citizens retired to the good old U.S.A.
